Massage Therapy and what it can do for YOU

  • Fifty-two percent of adult Americans who had a massage between July 2014 and July 2015 received it for medical or health reasons such as pain management, soreness/stiffness/spasms, injury rehabilitation, or overall wellness, a slight decrease from 2014 data.

Cynthia Rutsky is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania who is in good standing with The AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). She graduated at the top of her class in 2012 from Great Lakes Institute of Technology located in Erie, PA. She has been practicing Massage Therapy ever since.

She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Sports Massage. She always does everything she can to ensure that her clients needs are met and understands that each body has different needs and limitations. She also incorporates various stretches, hot and cold therapies and essential oils into her massages as necessary.
